Description

PUDU CC1 is a commercial cleaning robot that sweeps, scrubs, vacuums, and mops in a single automated pass. Built for offices, retail stores, hospitals, schools, and other large indoor facilities, CC1 replaces multiple pieces of cleaning equipment with one autonomous machine — cutting labor time while delivering consistent, documented cleaning results across hard floors and carpets.

Four-in-One Cleaning

CC1 handles four cleaning tasks with one machine, so facilities no longer need separate sweepers, scrubbers, vacuums, and mops:

  • Sweeping — clears loose debris before wet cleaning
  • Scrubbing — deep-cleans hard floors with rotating brushes
  • Mopping — leaves floors dry-to-the-touch after cleaning
  • Carpet vacuuming — switches to a dedicated attachment for soft flooring¹

This consolidation reduces the number of machines a facility needs to buy, store, and maintain, while giving cleaning teams one consistent standard of results across floor types.

How Powerful Is the Suction on CC1?

CC1 delivers up to 17000 Pa of suction, strong enough to lift embedded dirt and stains from hard floors and carpets without leaving residue behind. Combined with adaptive cleaning intensity, the robot adjusts scrubbing pressure automatically based on the floor type it detects.

Does CC1 Work on Both Hard Floors and Carpets?

Yes. CC1 is designed for mixed-flooring facilities and switches between hard-floor scrubbing/mopping and soft-carpet vacuuming. Carpet cleaning requires the carpet vacuuming attachment, which is purchased separately from the base unit.¹

How Does CC1 Navigate a Building?

CC1 runs on the PUDU SLAM navigation system, supporting both visual SLAM and laser SLAM. This lets the robot map complex, multi-room environments, avoid obstacles in real time, and operate reliably in spaces with elevators, tight corners, and changing layouts. An extendable steering handle lets staff manually guide the robot when first building a cleaning map or handling unexpected situations.

What Happens If CC1 Runs Low on Battery Mid-Clean?

CC1 uses breakpoint resume cleaning: if the battery runs low before a job is finished, the robot remembers exactly where it stopped, returns to charge, and automatically resumes the unfinished area once it's recharged — so no zone gets missed or double-cleaned.

Does CC1 Charge and Refill Itself?

Yes, with the optional docking infrastructure:

  • Auto charging — CC1 returns to its charging station on its own when the battery is low⁵
  • Automatic water addition & drainage — a docking station³ plus mobile water station⁴ handle clean water refill, wastewater drainage, and detergent addition automatically, with no plumbing modifications required

Can CC1 Move Between Floors?

Yes. CC1 includes intelligent lift control, allowing it to call and ride elevators autonomously to clean multi-floor buildings without staff needing to relocate the robot manually.

How Loud Is CC1 While Cleaning?

CC1 operates at under 70 dB(A), quiet enough for daytime cleaning in occupied spaces like offices, retail floors, and hospitals — no need to restrict cleaning to after-hours.

Does CC1 Provide Cleaning Reports?

Yes. CC1 tracks and visualizes its own performance, including cleaning time, area covered, and unit-by-unit working status, then automatically generates a digital cleaning report. This gives facility managers verifiable proof of cleaning completion instead of relying on manual logs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the PUDU CC1? The PUDU CC1 is an autonomous commercial cleaning robot that sweeps, scrubs, mops, and vacuums carpets in one machine, designed for large indoor facilities like offices, hospitals, schools, and retail spaces.

How much does a PUDU CC1 cost? Pricing depends on configuration (base unit plus optional accessories like the docking station, mobile water station, and carpet attachment). Contact PUDU Robotics directly or request a demo for a quote.

Can the PUDU CC1 clean multiple floors in one building? Yes. CC1 has intelligent lift control and can operate elevators autonomously to move between floors during a cleaning route.

Does the PUDU CC1 need a human operator? No. Once a cleaning map is built (using the extendable steering handle), CC1 cleans autonomously using PUDU SLAM navigation. A human can still intervene manually if needed.

What is PUDU SLAM? PUDU SLAM is PUDU Robotics' proprietary navigation system, combining visual and laser SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) so the robot can map and navigate complex indoor environments in real time.

Is the PUDU CC1 loud? No — it operates under 70 dB(A), quiet enough to run during business hours in occupied spaces.
