Description

A high grade engineering material, PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is one of the highest performing semi-crystalline thermoplastics on the market. Offering a combination of superlative properties, Roboze PEEK can replace metal in some of the most severe end-use situations and environments. It is very chemically resistant and offers  excellent strength, superior fatigue resistance, and a continuous-use temperature of 240°C (464°F).

Exceptional chemical resistance to organics, acids and bases; High mechanical strength in excess of 250°C (482°F); very good wear and abrasion resistance; Best-in class fatigue resistance; Excellent dimensional stability; Excellent resistance to hydrolysis ; Superior dielectric with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies.

PEEK is available for use in the Argo 500 and ONE + 400 machines by Roboze.

Great for use in the Defense, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Manufactoring, Consumer Electronics and Plastics industries for metal replacement, end-use parts and functional prototyping.

Training

Did you know 3D printers are more like sewing machines than regular paper printers? No matter how "plug and play" a printer claims to be, there's always an initial learning curve when getting started with a 3D printer.

Personalized training covers:

  • Introduction to hardware and components
  • Filament types and their applicable uses
  • Bed plate leveling
  • 3D printer software
  • Optimizing your 3D print and supports
  • Basic troubleshooting routines
  • And much more

With training from ImageNet you can make sure that you're always getting the best possible 3D print from your machine, saving you time and money.
